The-Now-ToolWhenever something is repeatedly on your mind, it is always a judgement, and therefore a self-judgement, to believe that it cannot be addressed now – though not usually in the way you first think it should.

Most often, it is our thoughts of self-doubt that lead us to believe we need to change something ‘in the future’ – and so leaving us feeling powerless in the moment, when usually it is the point of those thoughts to let go of the judgements around them IN THE NOW.
